You do not need an account to place an order !
Just simply enjoy your shopping and add your favorite items to cart and check out, as in illustration below:
What if I cannot find what I want on the website ?
We are sorry if you cannot find what you want here on our website.
But no worries ! Please contact us and send us the items you want; we would check to see if we can find it for you or not. We would respond you with the price if we can find it. If you agree to buy, then we would ship it to you ^_^
If you do not want to buy it, no problem. We do not charge any fee for this.

T&A House provides multiple payment gateways for you to choose.
You can choose to make payment by credit cards/ debit cards through Authorize.net gateway.
You may cancel your orders if they have not been shipped. If they have been shipped, then you cannot cancel them.
Please be aware that all purchases are final! There are no returns or refunds. We will only exchange an item if an incorrect one was shipped to you previously.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to have the orders shipped to the correct address.

If you want to request for a quote for bulk purchase or simply want to request invoice for products you would like to buy, please fill in the form below.
- A quote/invoice will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you accept the quote, you can make payment via the invoice.
- After payment is made, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email.
- Once the order is shipped out, you will receive another email with tracking number
