T&A House, LLC Shipping and Returns

At, we look to make shipping as easy as possible. We process orders as quickly as we can (though special circumstances sometimes arise).


Handling Time:

Since the point of time all payment for your order is clear, the handling time is 2-3 business days.


Standard shipping usually takes 5-8 business days to reach its final destination.

  • We ship to all 50 states in the USA. Items are sent from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California on a daily basis (Monday-Friday).

  • reserves the right to switch the shipping method to a more economical option for overweight packages.

Shipping Rate: 

  • Vitamins & Herbal Supplements: FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders. No minimum required.

  • Cosmetics & Others:

    • Some items eligible for our “Free Shipping” Promotion. You can find those with the flag "FREE SHIPPING" on the product page

    • The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your cart.


















EXPEDITED SHIPPING is not available currently.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The international shipping calculated in the order at checkout is only for shipping the package internationally. The delivery may be subject to import/duty fees and import handling fees. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay for these fees. is not responsible for paying these fees.

If you have questions about import/duty fees, please contact your local customs broker for further information. 

DOT restrictions on air shipping

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that may contribute to a fire or other mishap during shipping.


Address Corrections:

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package.  Note: Fee to be the actual cost of shipping.


Shipping Carrier

We work with USPS, Fedex and UPS for domestic shipping with tracking number.


Returns and Refunds


At T&A, our goal is to make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.  

You may cancel your orders if they have not been shipped.  If they have been shipped, then you cannot cancel them.

Please be aware that all purchases are final!  There are no returns or refunds.  We will only exchange an item if an incorrect one was shipped to you previously.  

We also reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.  

Delivery dates on special orders are guidelines, and should not be taken as precise dates.  T&A House is at the behest of the manufacturer in these cases.


Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.  We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.  In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to have the orders shipped to the correct address.  

We provide free return shipping if we have provided you with an incorrect item.  

We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent.

Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject a refund less shipping and a 20% restocking fee

Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received—we will also confirm the refund by email.  For any product that is incorrect, please have the following information handy:

Please note that incorrect items are not subject to a reshipment without photographic evidence.
